Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, user interface design, information architecture, content strategy, or similar roles
- 3+ years of experience incorporating user feedback in the design process (user research, NPS, focus groups, user data, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience working with and presenting to cross functional stakeholders such as software development, product, operations, sales, marketing, etc.
- 1+ years of experience using metrics and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) in order to identify improvements and continually optimize based on data and defined success measures
- 1+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Miro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- 1+ years of experience designing for users of all demographics and abilities
- 1+ years of experience with Agile software development
- Demonstrated portfolio demonstrating cross channel expertise and skill in creating user centric experiences
Preferred Qualifications:

About the role
We are looking for a talented Sr Manager, Product Design to join our LTK team. You will be a member of a cross-functional design, product, and engineering team on our Brand Platform, as well as the larger Product Design & Creative team. Our Brand Platform team supports both B2B and B2C products, with a focus on speed-to-market and iterative design. This means building and improving upon our Brand SaaS platform, Creator collaboration platform, and internal tooling.

What you will bring to LTK
- 6+ years of experience managing teams and designing digital products, ideally for a SaaS platform (while being able to present a rich portfolio of past projects to demonstrate your passion and knowledge about designing for B2B and responsive applications)

We’re looking for a Clinical Data Abstractor – TVT/LAAO who will work under the direction of the Lead Data Abstractor to abstract and code information in the prescribed format to satisfy the requirements of the target registry by reviewing patient records and abstracting key data elements.
With the support of our software, Atlas, the Clinical Data Abstractor identifies and validates specific information abstracted and reported from various reports, medical records and electronic files. This critical role completes assignments within a designated time frame, with high accuracy and according to specifications.
This role is fully remote and we have a variety of employment opportunities. This will initially be a part time role and has the potential to convert to full time.
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years direct TVT / LAAO Registry Abstraction experience for a Health System or Hospital
- Current abstracting experience. Actively abstracting within the past 12 months
- Experience and knowledge of several medical registries with relevant clinical background
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology, proficiency in EMR, and exposure to a healthcare environment is appropriate.

Lumin Digital seeks a Senior Digital Designer with a unique skill set in digital development, design, brand management, and design strategy. The Senior Digital Designer will develop digital design solutions that support the marketing strategy and are aligned with the brand strategy. This includes hands-on digital solutions development (including back-end design dev) from concept to final production/publishing.
The Senior Digital Designer leads creative development for Lumin’s vital digital channels and develops concepts, layouts, and final art. The employee will present visual solutions to internal clients and help communicate the strategies behind design ideas and executions. This position also ensures project progress against the required timelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and develop design solutions (from concept to completion) in various digital mediums, including for Lumin’s website (WordPress) and landing pages (Unbounce).
Implement and adhere to brand standards and act as a “brand advocate,” internally and externally.
Partner effectively with internal clients on creative direction and execution, including coordinating requirements, fulfilling requests, reviewing output, and iterating projects through the final.
Consult on the visual direction of Lumin’s digital product, aligning with brand strategy.
Collaborate with internal clients, marketing colleagues, and other stakeholders to ideate new concepts and create value for Lumin’s business.
Determine the scope of work, estimate budget, and predict appropriate timeline on projects (while maintaining a strategic and budget-minded approach to all assignments)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

HTML and CSS proficiency
Experience working with and developing WordPress (Elementor) sites.
