Nerdy is looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator (Full-Time Contractor) to join our team. As a Senior HubSpot Administrator, you will support the implementation of the HubSpot CRM platform within our organization. Your role will involve the migration, implementation, and management of the platform’s infrastructure, optimizing its use across marketing, sales, and customer success functions, and ensuring that our HubSpot implementation aligns with our key business goals and priorities. You will support the work to streamline our processes, enhance our customer engagement strategies, and drive efficient data management and analysis through HubSpot.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, both implementations and management of the platform.
  • HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and others are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and API usage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management and Optimization: Ensure the HubSpot platform is fully leveraged to meet business needs. This includes managing user accounts, workflows, pipelines, and custom fields, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools such as Salesforce, WordPress, social media platforms, and more. Create and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer service. Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization. Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for users.
  • Strategy and Innovation: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that leverage HubSpot capabilities. Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

What you do

Client Management Responsibilities:

  • Client Lead on 3-7 accounts, and effective leader on multi-channel accounts at the operational level
  • Lead client meetings to understand a client’s ever-evolving goals, resources, and capabilities.
  • Recommend and execute SEO strategies aligned with the client’s big picture needs and capabilities, such as prioritizing recommendations that take into consideration a client’s ability to execute them

Who you are
