As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing our digital marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining our global website, and designing and launching landing pages that drive positive results. This well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist should be detail-oriented and results-driven that is able to own their respective programs. This role reports to the VP, North America Demand Generation and will partner closely with the Global Senior Director of Digital Marketing.
TrueCommerce is seeking someone with 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Digital Media role or similar.
This role will be hybrid if near Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA or otherwise considered a remote opportunity if not within that specific area.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will:
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth in the digital space.
- Be a thought leader and authority in critical aspects of digital marketing.
- Implement strategies that increase awareness and drive positive outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement updates to regional sites that improve CRO and align with marketing initiatives.
- Work with Marketing Leadership team on improving digital attribution
- Maintain required website updates while ensuring best practices and SOPs are met
- Implement improvements to the website using the WordPress Platform.
- Create global A/B tests to optimize website performance and increase conversion rates
- Design and launch high-performing landing pages that align with regional marketing initiatives
- Make ongoing technical improvements to improve SEO and usability
- Work with a Marketing Analyst to create reports leveraging data in Google Analytics, Marketo, and PowerBI to measure the success of digital campaigns and provide recommendations on targeting and customer engagement.
- Manage organic social media with a key focus on increasing post engagement and followers on LinkedIn
- Partner with digital marketing agency to execute paid advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with Global Senior Director of Digital to effectively drive a balance of web/content consistency globally with regional customizations
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- 2-4 years experience in Digital Marketing/Digital Media role or similar
- Skilled with implementing and measuring CRO on websites
- Experience with website redesigns and content migration; Fluent in WordPress and familiar with WP Engine
- Demonstrated experience creating and designing high-performing and high-quality landing pages
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Optimize
- Experience creating, executing, and managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience creating/scheduling social media posts and increasing engagement
- Experience with Marketo or similar is preferred
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense) also preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail is absolutely critical.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
