Summary

As part of BriteCore’s Customer Success organization, you will work to ensure the satisfaction of our clients through impactful engagements which drive business value through your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) business intelligence analytics, reporting, property and casualty insurance, and/or optimized Core Policy Administration solution configuration.

What you’ll do 

  • Minimize churn / contraction risk of our customers by defining and implementing customer specific initiatives to increase direct written premiums and optimize combined ratios
  • Proactively engage with customers and provide training, reports, analytics, health checks, line configuration, and other consulting deliverables such as feature enhancement specifications 
  • Enable clients to gain actionable insights into their operations via dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data
  • Execute a client-centric strategic approach to develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients by delivering quantifiable value
  • Develop a deep knowledge base in mutual P&C insurance and BriteCore use, configuration, best practices and processes across disciplines of strategy, planning and operations
  • Track progress in quarterly business reviews
  • Perform health checks that review customer configuration and use of the solution to ensure that best practices are in place and that they are optimally utilizing relevant functionality and integrations
  • Up to 30% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS space
  • 2+ years of experience working at a B2B SaaS org as a Customer Success Engineer, supporting a complex product
  • 2+ years of experience of experience working at a large top-tier consulting firm
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and turn findings into action
  • Passion for helping customers succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Scrappy, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning as you go

    • You collaborate with UW Medicine partners and BI Report Developers facilitating business requirements analysis via the methodical investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and data needs
    • You manage the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (i.e., business, stakeholder, and/or solution)
    • You create viable and consumable specifications, including acceptance criteria, in preparation for the sign-off, construction, and testing of reporting solutions

    • You develop and execute work planning related to development tasks including effort and completion date estimates

      • 4+ years recent healthcare or IT experience
      • 3+ years’ experience performing progressively more complex and responsible Business Analysis and Project Management tasks.  This includes the ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects with durations longer than 3 months, and level of effort estimates < 500 hours per project.  These projects should have increased visibility and impact at the department leadership level
      • Ability to independently lead small projects for healthcare data analytics and apply advanced knowledge of healthcare data and terminology
      • 2+ years being a lead resource in projects using formal project management
      • Strong experience coordinating a team of analysts or developers

About the role

The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping get more patients and families into the virtual doors of Equip by managing the day-to-day activities of our digital channels, website, and partnerships. They will support the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager in continued optimization of all growth marketing initiatives through data analysis and insights gathering, and make recommendations to continuously improve channel performance management and outcomes.

Responsibilities

    • Digital Marketing (40%)
    • Own the day to day optimizations of digital marketing channels, including: updating of assets, budget adjustments, launch of campaigns, testing setup, etc.
    • Partner with brand marketing in creating all necessary assets for campaigns.
    • Assist in exploring and launching new channels as needed.
    • Website  (30%)
    • Manage the queue of website projects including: communicating with stakeholders, submitting briefs to cross-functional teams, and tracking project progress.
    • Execute on minor changes for the website (e.g. copy changes).Launch, monitor, and turn off planned A/B tests.
    • Analytics & Reporting (20%)
    • Update and build out new dashboards related to growth marketing efforts.
    • Support Sr. Growth Marketing Manager in data exploration and insights gathering.
