This role will oversee the creation, development, & execution of high-quality email marketing to drive new patient acquisition, retention, and LTV, as well as supporting B2B sales. 

The Senior Email Designer will report to our Chief Brand Officer and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Growth Marketing Team, and other cross-functional teams.   • Responsible for strategy, design, and execution of compelling, brand-aligned D2C, B2B and B2B2C email campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Own and maintain the roadmap and testing agenda for email, ensuring we constantly expand and optimize
  • Develop and track dashboards and business goals, ensuring the ability to report on the performance of campaigns and optimize as needed
  • Implement and reinforce consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all emails
  • Create a modular design that will be easy to use and can translate to the marketing team
  • Ensure email templates perform across device types, platforms, and modes
  • Partner with Legal to follow email best practices and HIPAA compliance
  • Provide responsible design and fluidity between mobile, desktop, and tablet

  • 6+ years design experience, with an emphasis on email design and email best practices
  • Ability to bring a brand to life within email, for both transactional and marketing channels 
  • Strategic problem solver with the nuanced ability to develop and manage tactical execution plans that keep the customer at the center, drive higher engagement with prospects and customers, and deliver on key objectives
  • Able to analyze email program performance metrics and optimize across all email metrics, including deliverability, opens, click-to-open, CTRs, opt-out rates, and conversions

We are looking for dynamic, high-performing, and hands-on manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our expanding Business Development team. The ideal candidate not only loves marketing but working with sales in a dynamic software industry helping customers around the world develop solutions for the automation journey from cognitive, AI-based solutions to robotics process automation. Business Development Reps (BDRs) are the front line of the sales process and spend their days generating new conversations and appointments in our most strategic accounts, markets and verticals.  A successful manager of business development motivates the team, provides best practices, ensures the latest enablement, shares win stories and techniques, implements feedback quickly, has exceptional communication skills, loves the thrill of the hunt, and has a track record of exceeding targets. As the manager of business development, you will ensure BDRs are aligned with field and regional sales leadership to build a high quality pipeline and deliver on revenue goals. 

  • Manage team of BDR to achieve or exceed team targets, including qualified monthly appointments, monthly deals in forecast, pipeline and annual revenue targets.
