Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing Programs, to join the growing Project Management Organization. The individuals in this role will be responsible for leading high priority Marketing projects, from ideation through the execution. This role is an incredible opportunity for individuals to interact with leadership from across the organization and lead high impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful execution of simultaneous workstreams through effective project management.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership with the appropriate level of detail for each audience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience for an Agency or in a Marketing department.

Desired Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing channels and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of the key elements of digital marketing, including Paid Media, UXO, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of the planning, creative and production processes for traditional, digital, social, and interactive content.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading and steering meetings with executive management.

The Role & Team:

As a Coupons & Deals Editorial Fellow, you’ll play a key part in our team, writing new deal articles highlighting working coupons and promotions for some of the biggest retailers and popular brands across a wide range of categories like tech, home, pets, fashion, kitchen, streaming, mobile carriers, gifts, and more.

In addition to researching and writing these articles, you will have the opportunity to work with freelancers to help expand our coverage to prepare for the busiest shopping seasons of the year. You will also work with our partnerships team to help source new codes and exclusive deals for our readers.

You’ll learn how to strategize and plan an editorial calendar, with an emphasis on SEO and using data to make informed decisions. We’ll train you how to write news and grow evergreen content – valuable skills for any modern online journalist.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing, editing, and research skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is focused and detail-oriented, is flexible, can quickly pivot when needed, and is passionate about helping our readers find the best, most reliable tested coupons. They are confident and careful when editing any article and can provide clear, actionable feedback to freelancers.

This role sits on the Commerce team. This role will be remote, with the option to come into our New York office.

About the role and why it’s unique:

  • Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Underdog products and experiences.
  • Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it’s defining extensible design system guidance, conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture.
  • Give and solicit feedback from your Product Design & System peers in service of building the best products.
  • Create high-fidelity design mocks using existing components in Figma, and use them to present design solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with peers in every discipline, including engineering, design, systems, marketing and data, to take products from conception to launch.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and influence product decisions, team direction and strategy. This includes identifying potential risk for users or the company, and aligning stakeholders around significant decisions by illustrating product tradeoffs.
  • Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple teams. This may involve facilitating or co-facilitating design sprints and workshops to kick off these projects.
  • Build internal community, provide mentorship and develop skills of other content designers.

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in UX writing.
  • Examples of finished wireframes, or design mocks authored using design tools, that have been used to drive decision-making within a team.
  • Experience with simplifying and persuasively communicating complex ideas to broad audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
  • Examples of work in design systems and systems thinking.

UW Medicine IT Services (ITS) is a shared services organization that supports all of UW Medicine.  UW Medicine is comprised of Harborview Medical Center (HMC), UW Medical Center-Montlake Campus (UWMC-Montlake), UW Medical Center-Northwest Campus (UWMC-NW), Valley Medical Center (VMC), UW Medicine Primary Care (UWMPC), UW Physicians (UWP), UW School of Medicine (SOM), and Airlift Northwest (ALNW).  ITS is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications which support all these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications that are used to support and further the UW Medicine mission.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for leading teams to deliver a program or project(s) that span across one or more business units. This includes managing resources, schedules, financials, and approach throughout the full project life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Accountable for the project processes and ensuring that project management best practices are followed.

Communicates responsibilities and expectations to team members.

Manages schedule, scope, and budget.

Identifies and manages project issues, risks, and decisions.

Ensures quality project deliverables and outcomes.

Manages integration and consistency of all components of projects.

Projects include but are not limited to:

Epic practice management, revenue cycle, and other business applications.

Ancillary and clinical support systems.

Analytics solution and platform for regulatory, quality, clinical, and business reporting.

Web solution for critical initiatives and the organization’s digital communications.

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare oriented profession, a technology field, a business-related field, or other discipline that demonstrates analytical or communications abilities, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

4+ years of overall experience to include the below.

4+ years’ experience serving in a project team leadership role with responsibility for managing vendor-packaged software deployment projects and/or process improvement projects.

4+ years’ experience effectively working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment.

4+ years’ experience managing project work and/or work of others within an established standard project lifecycle framework.

4+ years proven experience in a project leadership role with progressively complicated projects.

1+ years of recent experience utilizing MS Project to manage projects.

Experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Project Methodologies.
