YOUR IMPACT
- Provide technical product leadership within the Solution Architect and Development teams and throughout the Professional Services organization both in person and remotely,.
- Monitor Genesys product roadmap and communicate to pertinent stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities to leverage within Genesys platform, plus identify roadmap impacts to current processes/offerings
- Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities.

- Review RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design and delivering/refining solution completion estimates for the Sales Org.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of technology related solutions delivery or integration consulting experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- 4+ years of deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX, having completed multiple successful implementations/migrations of large enterprises to Genesys Cloud CX.
- Experience migrating to/from Genesys PureCloud a plus.
- Knowledge of contact center skills, including ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, queuing, skilling, VoIP, DID, TFN, DNIS, call recording and screen recording, quality, ACD Email, Web Messaging and SMS
- Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, AI and ML, and Generative AI
- Knowledge of other contact center platforms and VoIP protocols ( AWS Connect) a plus
- Experience interacting with customers, senior-level personnel (potentially up to C-suite) and organization members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook.

Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to join our growing Customer Service – Amtrak Long Distance Team. The right person will be highly organized, have a great attention to detail and excellent communication and follow-up skills. The candidate will assist in process development and maintenance, continuous improvement activities, and operations support. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment, while ensuring that project initiatives are met. This person will assist the engineering and planning group in material-related issues and oversee warehouse activities throughout the project. This position can be based in Chicago, IL or remote from a Mobility office that is US based.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Overall material planning to include managing system stocking levels to ensure required material is on hand when required for all material requests.
- Assist with material identification/validation for maintenance.
- Manage transportation budget and costs for the project.
- Lead material and logistics working groups for all project requirements.
- Operational oversight of material and logistics for assigned project
- Collaborate with customer for processing any claims and invoices
- Coordinate with CS Material Planner and Central Warehouse for continued flow of standard fulfillment, emergency material needs and other material/logistics requirements
- Manage performance metrics for stores teams, including but not limited to impact of material availability to fleet availability (LHFM, BAM, etc.)
- Ensure that defective core material is returned in a timely fashion, support Maintenance Planners for material support issues. Will work across functions to ensure cycle time of return inventory is performed at each process handoff
- Produce daily reports that allow back-order status to be evaluated
- Participate in the creation of new project requirement documents and monitor their progress
- Perform transactions in SAP/Salesforce/SharePoint as required.
- Receive purchase orders for materials that are delivered directly to the depots.
- Lead inventory cycle count activities of material at all locations.
- Communicate shipment progress/movement and other equipment related matters in a consistent and timely manner.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a logistics coordination role,
- ERP and/or MRP system knowledge and experience.

Land O’Lakes is hiring a Facilities Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating facilities management initiatives for Land O’Lakes leased and owned properties to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. You will also provide project management support, operational administrative and analytical support while balancing multiple high-visibility priorities, time sensitive requests and projects. This position liaises with local site contacts, property owners, vendors, local authorities and maintenance technicians. Relationship management and the ability to communicate across the entire organization is also critical to success.
This role can be Virtual/Remote and located anywhere in the United States. However, candidates local to MSP will be hybrid work arrangement at our Arden Hills, MN corporate office each week.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Source and manage service contracts appropriate to facility maintenance needs, including coordination of contract/bid specifications, bidding process, and contract administration.
- Manage contractors/contracts, collaborate with procurement and the business by vendor, type of work, documented certificate of insurance and documented ISN certification.
- For leased properties across the enterprise, ensure the building maintenance requirements outlined in lease documents are being followed and with industry best practices and Audit Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations ensuring accuracy by landlord.
- Plan, budget, and schedule preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance work (at LOL sites) including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs ensuring work is being completed by ISN certified contractors.
- Oversees work by contractors and technicians ensuring quality work, timely completion and validating accurate invoicing for payment.
- In support of Risk management, coordinate completion of risk reduction reports with the site managers. Partner with Risk management and assist the local managers on the insurance audits.
- In support of EH&S, administer emergency preparedness efforts and business continuity planning.

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required along with a minimum of 6 years work experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management
- Understanding of building systems, HVAC, electrical, structural, building envelope, security, janitorial, grounds maintenance, pest control.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
