The CareLinx Operations Manager ensures operational activities are strategically organized and focused on achievement of team and company goals
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Responsible for interviewing and selection of key talent. Provide clear direction and accountability to a team of Care Advisors. Coach, mentor, and engage colleagues to do their best work.
+ Ensure that operations team members adhere to the scheduling needs of the business by working with workforce management on scheduling.
+ Measure the effectiveness of all operational processes. Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the status of the operation.
+ Develop, implement, and monitor relevant operational metrics and develop processes to quickly remedy service-level issues.
+ Collaborate with client success and sales on expected service delivery results and communication.
+ Ensure operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
+ Develop and implement short- and long-range plans that will enhance internal operating efficiency and bottom-line accountability. Inform and advise senior management regarding current trends, problems, and activities in senior care operations to facilitate informed decision making and strategic objective formulation.
+ Monitor and recommend operations dashboards with KPIs that support both short- and long-term decision making.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations management experience required
+ 2 years proven success in an operations lead or supervisory role
+ High proficiency in Microsoft products required, Outlook, Word and Excel
+ Ability to work well in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
+ Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
+ Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner
+ A plus if you’ve had experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
