Execute cross-functional organic and paid media campaigns to support Transamerica’s products and services including annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits and retirement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of digital and promotional campaigns across multiple paid and organic media channels including display, social media, and search.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in the development of end-to-end customer journeys to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to help define goals and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the tracking of campaign performance, evaluating program effectiveness and optimizations using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to creative and media execution, identify and recommend new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of engaging content, advertising and operational excellence. 
  • Serve as an internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management
  • Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, marketing programs and complex projects
  • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital media platforms including SEO, PPC and social media.
  • Sharp project management, communication, and writing skills — able to bring clarity and action to keep work moving forward with many stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools that that track digital media performance across various channels
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

Your Mission

You will coordinate closely with all areas of the business to ensure a robust integrated test plan is clearly defined across all processes and applications. You will also ensure business areas are aligned to the overall strategy, and will help ensure the right people from the business areas are testing the right processes and at the right time. Additionally, you will also drive a integrated automated testing approach across application portfolios to ensure release in the future can be done with tight windows with no impact to quality of systems.

This role is fully remote, but will require travel ~30%.
