What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll own the content marketing, website optimization, and technical SEO for our clients, aiming to drive traffic and generate organic leads that grow their businesses. You’ll measure and report on KPIs, with an eye on results that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive site audits, analyses, and keyword research; develop actionable strategies aligned with KPIs
  • Engage with clients on campaign kick-offs and as needed to clearly communicate strategies and results
  • Optimize on-page elements like page titles, meta descriptions, H1s, alt text, and anchor text
  • Track and analyze site performance using Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other tools
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing site improvements and innovations
  • Manage website and landing page launches
  • Implement and evaluate local SEO and link-building campaigns
  • Write SEO-optimized blogs and copy for web pages
  • Craft PR content, including media pitches, guest blogs, and articles
  • Research and analyze trending topics across diverse industries
  • Stay current on industry trends and updates (e.g., GA4, algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals)

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Education/Experience: BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Agency Background: 2+ years of digital agency experience with hands-on SEO campaign execution
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms/tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Moz, Screaming Frog
  • SEO Savvy: Solid grasp of SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors

As Creative Director, you will shape and drive the creative strategy across all of Guideline’s platforms and brand experiences, including web, digital, social, email, and more.   • Comfort in different marketing and platform media — web, mobile, paid social, email, direct mail, motion design, out-of-home, and more. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across digital and traditional channels — showing ability to turn vision into brand storytelling.

  • Zero-Trust architecture related experience is beneficial

  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams including vendors and internal IT staff
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a requirement
  • Cisco CCNP or Fortinet NSE (Enterprise, Security, Data Center) or equivalent certifications are a plus
