About the Temp Product Demo Designer (Part-time) at Headspace:

Headspace is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Temp Product Demo Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will design compelling product demos in Figma that showcase our product’s value and help the sales team effectively engage with prospects. You will work closely with the Product Design, Product Marketing, and Sales Solutions teams to ensure that the demos align with the latest product experiences and create a cohesive narrative for prospective clients.

This is a 6-month temp position with expected part-time hours of 20 hours per week.

What you will do:

  • Design Product Demos: Create high-quality, interactive product demos in Figma to support the sales team’s efforts in showcasing our product’s features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Product Design: Work closely with the Product Design team to obtain the latest product experience screens and integrate them seamlessly into the demos.
  • Craft Compelling User Stories: Partner with the Product Marketing and Sales Solutions teams to craft compelling demo flows for various member personas and industries that align with our value propositions. 
  • Customize demos: Work with sales leaders to embed client logos, names, and benefits into the demo to personalize the demo experience.  
  • Iterate on Demo Designs: Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams and adjust the demos to reflect product updates, customer insights, and market changes.
  • Ensure Consistency: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all demo assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines and product positioning.

The Restaurant365 Enterprise Applications team is looking for an Integration Engineer to help build and maintain the services that our company uses to engage with customers, sell our product, and operate smoothly. The Integration Engineer and the Enterprise Application team will also partner with our data warehouse and analytics team on products and services that give our internal customers a clear picture of how the business performs. How you’ll add value:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to architect and implement scalable system integrations.
  • Develop custom integrations development process (using platforms such as Workato) from requirements gathering to full solution design and implementation.
  • Build integrations between enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Intacct, Marketo, Monday, Snowflake, and other external SaaS applications in our ecosystem.
  • Understand the business processes, business systems, integration points, and overall architecture of solutions using integration platform services.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand the requirements and define and develop solutions.
  • Create standards, policies, best practices, and documentation for Workato platform and integrations.
  • Serve as an advisor and technical subject matter expert to other users of the enterprise integration platform and that best practices are being followed.
  • Manage 3rd party integration services and vendor dependencies in integrations.
  • Stay current with the latest tools, technology ideas, patterns, and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key stakeholders.

  • Responsible for ensuring platforms, products, and services are delivered with operational excellence and rigorous adherence to ITSM process and InfoSec policies.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equally relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using iPaaS, Workato preferred.
  • Industry experience preferences from the technology sector (SaaS, software, B2B) or restaurant sector.
  • Strong corporate business acumen with a solid understanding in business flows: RevOps, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Employee on/off-boarding, Etc.
  • Experience in defining solutions using microservices patterns, integration patterns, and designing service and API interfaces.
  • Hands-on deep knowledge of integration patterns and styles for application, cloud-native and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in developing applications with large sets of complex domain-specific business requirements and workflows.
  • Familiarity integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications and building cross-system workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to relate technical solutions to business terminology and goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote culture and across many time zones and partners.

Job Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with security experience to join our passionate DevOps team ensuring the smooth operation and security of the VRChat infrastructure. In this role you’ll be accountable for the uptime, security, proper operation and cost effectiveness of our infrastructure supporting millions of active users and petabytes of UGC content.

The role reports to the VP of Engineering at VRChat. This Engineer will work closely with the IT and Development teams, as well as the heads of various functions to plan and deploy infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Day to day operation and maintenance of our infrastructure to keep our services running with high reliability, security and cost effectiveness
    • Incident management and root cause analysis, sometimes during off hours
    • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust security controls and practices
    • Design, plan and implementation of IT infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment to support the evolution of our platform
    • Automate and improve our monitoring systems and tools

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience (8+ years) in a DevOps role, within a high-growth consumer-facing company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and OpenTofu
    • Experience with highly reliable networking and tools such as Wireguard and Tailscale
    • Experience with content delivery & CDNs
    • Knowledge of setup, configuration and operation of data stores such as MongoDB & Redis
    • Experience participating in proactive system hardening, engaging in technical security audits, and threat-hunting across multiple interconnected systems
    • Experience in rapidly responding to and mitigating operational & security incidents, including coordinating with internal security, legal, and public relations teams
    • Strong knowledge of web application, API security and scripting knowledge, including Node.js & Golang
    • Experience with realtime multiplayer game engines, Photon or other real-time networking, MMORPG or C# application security is desirable.
    • Familiarity with common Cybersecurity and Information Technology frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, and ITIL.
