Statusphere helps large and fast-growing consumer brands scale micro-influencer marketing through technology. Unlike other solutions, our platform has automated or eliminated all the backbreaking activity and expertise required such as finding, contracting and paying influencers as well as optimizing creator discovery and content delivery. We have also integrated our own fulfillment center complete with proprietary software developed with the creator experience in mind. There is literally no other solution out there like ours, yet. Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to recommend and put into place new customer acquisition strategies that improve and increase lead volume and quality.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align on targets and messaging, ensuring campaigns are synchronized with sales goals.
- Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Leverage our tech stack of Hubspot, Apollo, 6Sense, Sales Navigator, LookerStudio, MixPanel, and Gong to manage, report on, and optimize demand initiatives. Recommend any new technology with a business case.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to brainstorm lead generation assets, such as whitepapers and webinars.
- Own the promotion of our quarterly webinars with the goal of increasing sign-ups and new contacts in our ICP.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to extend Statusphere’s audience reach and generate new contacts in our ICP.
- Identify key industry events our team should attend to expand Statusphere’s brand awareness and create new sales opportunities.
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
- Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert and accelerate MQLs.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, including lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
- Measure and deliver performance reports on the success of demand-generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Continuously refine our lead scoring model using pipeline data, call outcomes, and feedback from the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive sales-marketing initiatives, considering effective lead handoff and follow-up.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive innovation in demand-generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.
- Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools. Help our team understand your strategies and why they’re important.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5+ years of demand generation experience for SaaS B2B. Targeting Marketing Departments within consumer brands is a plus.
- Proven experience and consistent success in demand generation for B2B SaaS company(s).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.
- Experience with and proven proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

The Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our small but nimble AI team. Your mission is to deploy responsible AI within the Modern Health ecosystem.
