About the role

Kajabi is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll create compelling, product-focused messaging to introduce and launch Kajabi’s new products and features across digital channels, including web, email, social media, landing pages, and video assets. Additionally, you’ll provide copy support for events and experiential marketing initiatives, helping to engage and inform our audience about Kajabi’s latest offerings.

We’re looking for a talented writer with a strong grasp of product storytelling and a deep understanding of SaaS. Working closely with our motion and design teams, you’ll bring product narratives to life and ensure Kajabi’s innovations are communicated clearly, effectively, and in alignment with our brand standards.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, flawless execution, and a strategic approach to copy that drives awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate has significant experience writing for SaaS brands and a solid foundation in product marketing, digital content creation, and cross-channel consistency. What you’ll do

  • Product and Feature Launches: Craft engaging, informative copy to introduce new products and features, supporting launches across digital channels such as web, email, social, landing pages, and video assets.
  • Product Storytelling for SaaS: Develop clear, benefit-driven narratives for Kajabi’s product offerings, focusing on how features solve customer needs and enhance the platform experience.
  • Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure a cohesive message and tone across all digital channels, adapting style as needed for each platform while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Web and Landing Page Content: Write high-quality copy for product pages, landing pages, and other web content, creating a seamless user journey that highlights product benefits and drives engagement.
  • Email and Social Media Copy: Develop copy for email campaigns and social posts to support product announcements, feature highlights, and updates, driving engagement and adoption.
  • Video and Motion Assets: Collaborate with motion and design teams to script video content that showcases product features and functionality in an engaging way.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with SaaS and product marketing trends, adapting copy strategies to align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Quality Control: Review all product and feature-related content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it meets Kajabi’s standards before final release.

What will make you great

  • 5-7 years of experience as a product or digital copywriter, ideally within an agency or in-house environment; experience with SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for seamless communication with design and motion teams.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a remote setting, with excellent communication skills to coordinate across time zones if needed.

Team Overview
As an integral part of the Building & Roofing Science Team, this role will be the curator of technical education content for the design community and be responsible for the development of creative storytelling through various mediums to support the GAF | Siplast Commercial business. Through collaboration with subject matter experts, this technical leader will have a published voice within the industry through written and visual content, with opportunities to present to national audiences.
