What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Product and UX Team Lead to translate concepts into user flows, visualizations, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences with an emphasis on both customer-facing applications, both desktop and mobile form factors.
- Deliver wireframes and visualizations optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces with a focus on device-agnostic design.
- Make strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to both core and new functions and features. Identify workflow and experience problems, and suggest elegant solutions.
- Explore how AI technologies—such as generative AI, predictive analytics, or chat interfaces—can enhance user workflows and simplify complex tasks.
- Ensure a user-centered design approach, employing rapid test-and-learn methodologies. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas, especially around leveraging AI to drive meaningful improvements.

Experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with studies relevant to digital experience creation, graduate program is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, or similar UX-related role.
- Expert level with the following tools: Figma, Google Suite.
- Working knowledge in Sketch, InVision, Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first approach; experience designing based on personas.
