Sodexo is seeking a Construction Project Manager to work with one of Sodexo’s construction management teams. We are in search of a skilled professional in food services construction. The successful candidate will have experience managing large to small-value projects that are often complex in terms of delivery. Project Managers manage a portfolio of projects, this will include the actual execution of the project and may involve pre-construction planning with stakeholders, designers, consultants, clients, and other project team members.

This is a remote position and requires significant travel up to 70% within the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Budget Management:

  • Establish a high-level preliminary project budget, utilize tracking tools to identify discrepancies early.
  • Contract review & scope development; Negotiate and manage vendor contracts ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Timeline Adherence:

  • Outline clear objectives, timelines and sequencing of the project
  • Use project management software (like MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) for real-time tracking of timelines and milestones.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Clearly document and distribute all relevant items for the team, i.e. project meeting minutes, scope and design updates , project schedule updates, submittals, etc.
  • Establish and run weekly project meetings to foster alignment and adherence to project scope and client expectations.

Risk Mitigation:

  • Regular site visits to review progress and conformity to project scope
  • Regularly review and update the risk register; develop strategies for top identified risks

We are seeking a Coordinator, Video & Social Content (Temporary) to join our Organic Content team. In this role, you will support us in building and growing our content library to increase brand awareness and engagement and build brand affinity. You will partner closely with SEO, Editorial, Organic Social, Engineering, Design, and Product teams to create and scale content for our YouTube channels. 

This position requires keen attention to detail, an understanding of SEO best practices for video, in-depth knowledge of the social landscape (with a focus on YouTube), writing and copy editing experience, social video optimization techniques, and content management best practices. You Will:

The Opportunity

Our Creative Studio team is growing and we’re looking for a Senior Creative (Growth) to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep by creatively leading the intersection of design and growth performance across multiple channels including social platforms, Amazon, paid media placement and more. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven design to craft compelling visuals that enhance performance and will collaborate closely with the Growth team to iterate, learn, and optimize our visual campaigns for maximum impact.
