Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Analyst to join the Global Security team supporting the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) contract. This position can be worked remotely.
This is contingent upon contract award.
What You Will Do
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
What You Must Have
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
- Client Requirements: Master’s degree in business or related field and 15 or more years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies.
- Proven ability to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise and/or improve the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
- Demonstrated capability to formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Provide consultation on complex tasks.
- Experience leading and directing the work of others.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global online strategy to protect Harley-Davidson against online counterfeiting and infringements.
- Oversee/manage global online brand protection work.
- Protect and maintain the Harley-Davidson brand in the United States.
- Manage Customs seizures in the United States and support customs recordations.
- Develop and implement training for employees, dealers, licensees, law enforcement and others on use and misuse of Harley-Davidson trademarks.
- Budget forecasting and management. Review and approve appropriate trademark use as needed.
- Occasional involvement in and/or support of complex brand protection work which crosses geographic regions and organizational boundaries.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies, key policies and critical procedures for brand protection group.
