Responsibilities:
- Design and animate motion graphics for live events, studio shows, original content, and streaming platforms for a major sports entertainment brand.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create compelling designs for television graphics, key art, branding, social templates, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with creative and editorial partners to elevate storytelling through visual design.
- Translate assignment briefs and creative direction into custom graphical layouts while maintaining brand standards.

Your Role
We are looking for a leader for our Backend team who is highly technical and passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality software that powers long-lasting products, namely Todoist and Twist.
Both are monolithic Python applications, built using a homegrown framework similar to Flask and in the beginnings of a transition to FastAPI. We use AWS extensively, including Aurora, SQS, and ECS Fargate.
You will:
- Grow, support, and empower a world-class team of 11 Backend Engineers (including 3 Leads) who are autonomous, productive, and fulfilled. You will be responsible for setting the team up for success, while coaching and providing guidance along the way.
- Foster continuous improvement while reorganizing the team’s workflows and processes as context changes. You will ensure that tooling and workflows are appropriate, facilitate team brainstorms, while driving and documenting high-level ideas, goals, and best practices. You will foster knowledge sharing.
- Drive the vision, technical strategy, and technical roadmap for the team and its technology stack. You will do this in an egalitarian way, often facilitating discussions and delegating decision-making. You will do this at scale, serving tens of millions of users and billions of data items.
- Plan and prioritize company-wide initiatives, coordinating and communicating with various technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as other Engineering teams, Product, or Customer Experience.

Position Summary:
As an IT system owner, your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting IT compliance of GxP systems and processes, partnering with business stakeholders to maintain validated GxP systems, and providing compliant business solutions. You will play a crucial role in the selection, development, validation, and maintenance of enterprise GxP systems, including Veeva, ServiceNow, Tracelink, Box GxP, SAS, PleaseReview, Veeva RIMS, DocuBridge, and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, Design, and Delivery:

GxP System Operations:
- Oversee application lifecycles for enterprise GxP IT systems, collaborating with business partners, to ensure effective change control, testing, validation, and communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the IT GxP Compliance Program.
- Partner with QA to manage systems validation, periodic reviews, and vendor coordination.
- Lead or support deviation/incident investigations related to corporate GxP information systems and manage the implementation of identified Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPA) resulting from these investigations.
- Support as needed in external/internal audits and inspections.
- Responsible for managing changes to IT GxP systems and supporting processes.
General:

Experience and Education Requirements:
- BS degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise GxP IT systems, with experience in the following:
- IT biotech project management experience in a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and processes supporting drug safety, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, engineering automation, regulatory compliance, quality management and compliance, medical information, or clinical trials applications.
- IT working knowledge in a biotech research lab environment, familiar with lab systems implementation and system requirements, clinical operations.
