As a member of the DoControl Marketing Team, you will help lead the global event plan end-to-end, from identification, planning, execution and measurement. You will be partnering closely with the rest of the Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Leadership teams to deliver a global event plan.

Role and responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, promote and execute all live and virtual global events for DoControl
  • Manage in-person, virtual and partner events
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams on event strategies
  • Research and explore new events that align to our target accounts/personas
  • Educate sales and leadership organization on event plans
  • Measure event impact through the entire lead lifecycle. Utilizing Salesforce/Hubspot for qualification and handoff to sales teams.
  • Evaluate event ROI and present recommendations for improvement / impact
  • Oversee pre/post event communication via social media, email and additional channels
  • Travel required to events. Provide onsite event staff/support pre and post event

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and 3-5 years of experience running live and virtual corporate events and event sponsorships.
  • Previous experience in B2B Marketing (enterprise SaaS or software) targeting technical buyers and executives. Past experience in Field Marketing and partnering with sales teams.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Exceptional project management/organizational skills with ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with and influence internal stakeholders, including executives, product marketing leaders, and the sales team. Able to advocate persuasively for program strategy and results.
  • Comfortable using Marketing Automation tools and Salesforce.com
  • You have a passion for delivering high caliber conferences and experience with growing them from the ground up

Responsibilities

This position calls for an experienced and talented SEO professional who will support the development, execution and ongoing optimization of the SEO strategy for multiple Mayo Clinic domains, subdomains and mobile apps. Responsibilities include development of search aquisition strategies, user intent and keyword research, competitive analysis, managing Local and/or International SEO campaigns and technical audits. Collaborate with IT (Mayo and vendor) teams in support of SEO initiatives, drive early integration of SEO requirements into the web development process. Monitor and stay on top of Google algorithm changes to identify opportunities as well as emerging issues that may have a negative impact on SEO. Develop performance dashboard and analytics metrics and KPIs; deliver project analysis, monthly recaps, and other routine reports. Works with 3rd party consultants/vendors, leveraging various internal and external analytics tools to measure and report upon performance, troubleshoot and identify technical or quality-related issues that might be affecting the overall organic traffic and rankings. Support other strategic programs as requested by SEO Manager. Responsible for producing detailed functional requirements documents for onsite search enhancements. Work collaboratively with Digital Analytics and SEO colleagues, Editorial, Experience Design, IT Ontology and other groups to establish, and implement taxonomy, data standards, guidelines, and best practices in order to optimize search relevance.

Qualifications

Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing or other degree.

3 years of agency experience or managing enterprise SEO campaigns

3 years experience SEM and SEO

Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting technical audits and SEO problem solving.

3 years experience leading projects in a complex environment.

3 years experience in SEO content development/management within a digital setting.

3 years experience with Digital Analytics and/or quantitative analysis skills.

3 years experience conducting keyword research

3 years experience link acquisition, content promotion and outreach

3 years of SEO technical experience including site performance optimization, structured data and A/B testing.

Strong understanding of SEM, Social Media and eCommerce

Expert in utilizing SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Google AdWords, Screaming frog or other SEO tools

Advanced experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console

Experience working with CMS environments such as Sitecore and WordPress

About the Role: 

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating a range of training materials from handouts to multi-module eLearning courses for internal and external audiences, playing a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences that have an impact on the company, our providers, and the patients we serve. The Instructional Designer is someone who relies heavily on multi-media creation and enjoys partnering with team members and stakeholders to devise effective training solutions and values creativity and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities

  • Use multi-media and eLearning development skills to create new and update existing content into eLearning courses and/or videos. 
  • Create a wide range of training materials, including job aides, interactive scenarios, and simulations.
  • Support organizational media development needs by creating handouts for patients and providers, editing and curating videos, and creating company intranet pages.
  • Design assessments and surveys to evaluate training materials and analyze training data to inform updates. 
  • Collaborate with Clinical Training team members and personnel from across the organization to identify training gaps. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and internal team members throughout the instructional design and peer review processes to improve training development.
  • Active, on-camera meeting participation and responsiveness to online communication via email and messenger.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to Clinical Programs leadership.

Qualifications
