This position designs, develops, implements and evaluates enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of Magellan’s business objectives. Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum content that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices. Display demonstrated expertise in instructional design systems, learning technologies and adult learning best practices. Act as technical expert and liaison with Talent Development, IT and other areas.
- Possesses and provides expertise in the full life-cycle of instructional design processes (ADDIE or other industry accepted models) to design, develop and implement effective instructional materials, learning resources and content.
- Maintains progressive knowledge of the trends in instructional design, learning methodologies and learning technology solutions.
- Routinely researches current trends, tools and techniques associated with content/curriculum design and development.
- Creates design standards and templates and integrates technology-based tools into the development process.
- Evaluates and assesses the instructional effectiveness and business impact of programs and supports the continuous improvement of learning solutions.
- Ownership and accountability for larger scale learning and development and HR initiatives.
- Partners with internal customers to clarify business objectives, identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Leads projects including negotiating project scope and timeline, meeting all deadlines within quality expectations.
- Actively communicates with stakeholders and ensures solutions have demonstrable business impact.
- Support Talent Development on strategy execution and team working environment.

Marketing Creative Lead
Superside is looking for a super talented and dedicated Design Director/Creative Lead with a strong graphic design background to support our Marketing team. You will build and be part of a world-class marketing design and creative team.
You will focus on leading the Superside’s brand visual design and a small (for now) super talented design team. You and your team will create amazing visuals, elevate our work showcase on our website, social media, Behance and Dribbble, advertising campaigns, branded illustrations, bar-raising static and motion design that elevates the Superside brand, performs and makes a strong connection with our audience.
What You’ll Do
- Leading the creative development of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and creative design across digital and traditional channels
- Take control of the Superside work showcase, create highly visual mockups and posts. From static posts to case studies and showreels. Drive this agenda on a day to day.
- Interpreting briefs from the marketing team, gathering creative insights and guiding the development of an on-brand creative vision with storytelling, design and clever advertising in mind
- Mentor and guide the marketing design team, pushing the creative envelope, encouraging the team to deliver world-class concepts and on-trend design work.
- Conceptualise and lead the creation of on-brand creative elements for omnichannel/integrated campaigns with the goal of increasing awareness and consideration where you will constantly learn and iterate
- Embracing a deep connection to current trends in the media landscape, marketing trends, competitors and consumer needs

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor Degree or higher within Design
- 3-6 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in a client-facing position at senior level or similar / 3-5 years of working experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups

- Collaborate with end-users, business owners, and leadership to define specific reporting requirements including: key data points, timing, display, and distribution.
- Develop reporting solutions and analytics designed to meet the requirements identified in collaboration with partners.
- Maintain and run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Adjust and modify reporting solutions to keep pace with changing requirements.
- Accountable for accurate and timely delivery of reports meeting established standards and deadlines.
- Support end-users and business owners by responding to questions and providing analysis regarding reports, data points, and report access.
- Identify problems with report design including tool, data connection issues.

Job Qualifications
- College degree required. A degree in mathematics, business, statistics, information systems or related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience building dashboards (Domo preferred).
- 2-4 years using database and data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred).
- Experience in report automation.
Other Critical Factors
- Experience with SQL coding, SAS EG would be preferred.
- Experience with investment product sales data preferred.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency on multiple projects at the same time.
