Position Summary

The Paid Media Analyst will report to the Manager, Paid Media and assist management of paid media programs for our academic partners. The person in this position should have in-depth experience across paid search and paid social, and knowledge of video, audio and programmatic channels. In addition, this person should have experience of working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be comfortable analyzing and reporting on performance. This key team member must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with Manager, Paid Media, assist with channel strategy and execution of ongoing paid media efforts across all funnel stages for all POLS academic partners.
  • Assist with management of agency relationship to ensure strong foundation of business needs, partner and program nuances, and delivery of expectations.
  • Partner with external agency to structure, launch and manage campaigns using relevant third-party advertising platforms.
  • Help identify new opportunities for optimizations and testing and work with internal analytics teams and external agencies to assess opportunity and feasibility.
  • Identify and communicate digital trends and assess risk/adjust media plans accordingly.
  • Assist in providing Marketing & Enrollment leadership team performance updates and recommendations to hit AP goals.
  • Manage and track budgets, invoicing, and reconciliation, to ensure all paid media efforts are completed within the allocated budget as cost-effectively as possible.
  • Manage portal buys as well as any other direct digital buys for assigned academic partners
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media planning and execution across video, audio, paid search, social, and programmatic channels. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Comfort around campaign set-up, executing multiple segments with separate budgets, messaging, and goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Team player and positive attitude in a results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of digital and mobile marketing landscape and trends.
  • Strong analytical and excel skills.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $85,000 – $100,000.

In addition, this person should have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be comfortable analyzing and reporting on performance. This key team member should be a high energy self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to impact performance across the entire marketing funnel.

  • In collaboration with Paid Media Director, lead channel strategy and execution of ongoing paid media efforts across all funnel stages for all POLS academic partners.

Requirements

The Technical Program Manager will coordinate business, product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives, so that SonderMind teams can iterate quickly against our product roadmap, delighting our customers and ensuring our executive team can communicate progress and value efficiently to our Board of Directors and investors.

You will coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of key roadmap objectives, always focused on creating feedback loops and removing impediments.   • Participate in standups, and other meetings with the engineering team to provide status updates and answer questions about project decisions.
  • Cross-program coordination with other program managers to identify and address gaps and concerns within the project teams and development teams.
  • Gather and use data to coach engineering leaders on best practices for cycle time, throughput, estimation and productivity.
  • Ensure that business teams are operationally ready for test and production releases.
  • Work with product and engineering leaders to continuously review dev team backlogs, reprioritize work and escalate trade-off conversations.
  • Be a leader in change management as SonderMind grows.

What you’ll bring with youRequired Experience

  • 3+ years of program or project management in a technical role or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban and the ability to apply those methodologies
  • Experience working within the software development lifecycle
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for work management and documentation
