As Pricing & Packaging Lead, you will be responsible for owning pricing and packaging strategy and efforts across BetterUp. You will help set pricing & packaging structure for our portfolio, prices & discounting levels, and manage strategic pricing initiatives to further innovate and create value for our customers and for BetterUp. - Deeply understand our customer segments, needs, and willingness to pay to inform strategic pricing decisions
- Collaborate with executive cross-functional leadership to develop pricing and packaging strategy
- Lead quarterly / annual cross-functional pricing and packaging efforts
- Additional activities include price setting, bundling strategy, discounting process, supporting product launches and strategic pricing initiatives to support renewal and expansion efforts

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Holistic knowledge of UCS landscape serving all lines of business to proactively participate, collaborate & influence cross-organization clinical program activities and direction in support of delivering the Clinical Services agenda in a timely manner
- Establish a standardized communication methodology for interacting with business partners, project & application teams. Ensuring consistent repeatable processes, expectations and project outputs
