Job Description:

Benefitfocus is searching for an experienced Software Senior Test Analyst to join our Customer Success Organization. The Sr Test Analyst is responsible for the planning and project management of all testing activities required to bring our clients live on the Benefitfocus enterprise platform. The Sr Test Analyst works closely with our customers, the Benefitfocus Project Manager, and the other Benefitfocus project team members throughout implementation to ensure quality delivery. The Sr Test Analyst must ensure proper management of the testing activities, including workstream management, risks / issues management, escalations, status reporting, etc. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. Candidate must be able to work CST and/or EST hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and document test strategies, plans, and scenarios for all post-QA test phases of assigned projects, including validation of front-end applications, data integrations, any custom features, operational processes, post-go live validation, migration testing, etc.
  • Manage all internal and external test planning and execution activities
  • Manage a number of projects and test efforts simultaneously
  • Attend design meetings and identify downstream dependencies impacting testing success
  • Create and maintain integration test plans in accordance with internal and external project plans and technical requirements
  • Manage and communicate test environment related activities, including refreshes, downtime, code deployments, customer access, environment set up, etc.
  • Coordinate internal system testing of solution functionality prior to external testing with clients
  • Facilitate testing kickoff and be the main point of contact for all stakeholder coordination required to complete testing
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate, oversee and assign work for Test Analysts designated to your projects
  • Own status and progress reporting for testing work stream and provide metric reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain a comprehensive issues log that is visible to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to develop detailed deployment plans
  • Coordinate and achieve internal and external stakeholder approval on testing activity milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain an active status view of all projects and manage risk / issue identification and escalations to ensure project remains on track
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Benefitfocus enterprise platform and products
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry concepts, terminology, events, and trends
  • Additional responsibilities, as required.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical/complex concepts in understandable, business terms to non-technical stakeholders

PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of tasks related to multiple projects awarded to National Disability Institute. The Project Coordinator administers, implements, and monitors deadlines and deliverables; provides professional and timely assistance to staff and contractors; provides executive assistance to the Deputy Director.

The Project Coordinator will report to the Division Director, Financial Empowerment and receive tasks and requests from the Financial Empowerment team.

Location of work:

This is a full-time remote position. The standard work hours are 9:30 AM 6:00 PM ET Monday through Friday. This position may require additional time commitments outside of a typical workday to complete all tasks. Limited travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including, but not limited to:

  • Provide executive assistance to the Division Director, Financial Empowerment. Provide executive assistance to other senior leaders, as requested.
  • Create and maintain work plans; consistently able to remind team leaders and contractors about deadlines and deliverables in order to keep track of work plans.
  • Develop a timeline and follow-up with communication plans, trainings and webinars. For example, setting up schedules when newsletters or social media blasts need to go out, following up when things are due and tracking how many people were reached.
  • Support team leaders and multiple contractors in different project aspects.
  • Coordinate conference calls using Zoom or MS Teams, develop agendas, prepare and take minutes, provide technical support and put minutes in the appropriate formats.
  • Support teams in creating and promoting deliverables.
  • Coordinate the implementation of three Regional Roundtables that will bring together disability partners and organizations working on economic and racial equity to identify concrete steps to strengthen the financial stability and financial resilience of individuals at the intersection of race or ethnicity, poverty and disability.
  • Use of multiple platforms, formstack or eventbrite to track participant registrations.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, travel logistics, and other requests of this nature.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while utilizing exemplary verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Facilitate webinar and other e-learning platforms, set-up and logistics along with real-time support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in political science, social science, sociology, public administration, or a related field of study.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management for a large project with experience in data analysis and report development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Experience working with GANTT charts and/or work plans.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Flexibility, adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to seek ways to constantly improve efficiency of work processes.

For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $97,300 – $114,500 – $131,700.

For candidates hired in all other US locations, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is currently $86,500 – $101,800 – $117,100.

Range(s) is subject to change. Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
