Responsibilities
GovCIO is looking for a Information Assurance Analyst who has in-depth experience in developing and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) packages
- Ability to facilitate meetings, analyze authorization documents and associated artifacts against authorization requirements to identify gaps, establish a schedule to address outstanding authorization requirements, and coordinate directly with system team stakeholders.
- Self-starter individual with a proven track record for attention to detail, critical thinker, and detailed oriented who is able to execute tasks in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience
- Or additional 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
Required Skills and Experience
Note that no coding is required – this role is system compliance management, monitoring, and coordination-focused. At present, current initiatives and tasking include the following:
- Experience in execution of all phases of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) – Hands On Experience
- Experience with managing complex system records in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool.
- Experience in developing Authority to Operate (ATO) packages, to include artifacts:
- System Security Documentation
- Control Correlation Identifier (CCI) related documentation
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation/maintenance, and
- Plan Of Action and Milestones (POAMs) creation and management
- Experience with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) related documents.

The ServiceNow Senior Applications Engineer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Robinhood’s ServiceNow platform. The candidate will provide analysis of problems, and build solutions to address technical issues. Deployment of new releases and enhancements while supporting the platform’s operational integrity and perform system and integration testing, provide platform configuration and customization assistance.

What you’ll do day to day:
- Work with Service Asset & Configuration Management and Asset Management teams to deliver expanded Discovery functionality

- ServiceNow platform configurations & Customization, workflow administration, report setup and data imports, custom scripting and third party software integrations

- Author and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and HR modules
- Has led the implementation of new ServiceNow modules
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration standards
- Understanding of ServiceNow security standards and offerings, including REST API security, logging, Instance Security Center, and Health\Instance Scans.
- Experience with customer support and problem solving with end-users
- Client & server-side scripting experience in ServiceNow (GlideForm, GlideUser, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.)
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work independently
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Sophisticated Scripting/ Reporting and other classes’ area highly recommended

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

About The Role
You’ll be responsible for providing amazing user experiences for internal and external customers by maintaining and contributing to web applications, components, packaging configurations, and architecture decision records.
