Supervisor Pricing or Associate Manager – Remote

As a pricing analysis supervisor or associate manager, you’ll lead efforts to determine appropriate pricing levels for products by state using actuarial techniques. You’ll oversee recommendations and implementations to state product design, rating factor relativities and rate levels. Your team will influence our ability to find the right price for the right coverage for our customers. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis in finance, mathematics, accounting or related field of study (e.g., economics, statistics)
- Minimum of three years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)
Preferred Skills
- Pricing experience and auto product knowledge is preferred
- Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture
- Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills
- Critical thinking capabilities and strong analytical & technical skills
- Strong desire and capability to develop people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment
Compensation
- $68,100 – $109,900/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
