About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with an expertise in test automation. You will help ensure the satisfaction of our users by demonstrating that existing and new products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, performance, and user-friendliness. Your job duties will encompass building automation tooling, maintaining and enhancing the test automation framework, optimizing test automation throughout the continuous integration pipeline and helping with manual testing. Responsibilities

  • Help design and implement an end-to-end test strategy and automation framework for Routable
  • Develop a deep, holistic understanding of the Routable software
  • Write and execute new automated tests in our backend and frontend test suites
  • Review existing tests in test suites, identify and implement improvements, updates & test coverage
  • Analyze anomalies in automated tests and provide fixes or recommendations for releases
  • Help evaluate and select tools and systems to provide comprehensive functional & non-functional test coverage
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation framework into Routable’s CI/CD
  • Work with engineering teams during the development cycle to establish proper test coverage
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess risk and develop test strategies around new features
  • Update our test documentation to reflect the latest feature changes
  • Organize and document in detail bugs and flakiness caught in daily automated test runs
  • Verify new build functionality and quality before releases
  • Coach & mentor QA team members on good testing and automated test writing practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in QA automation
  • A passion for understanding how things work, learning and sharing
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Extreme sense of ownership
  • Self-driven and can work with limited direction
  • Demonstrable ability in writing software in Python/JavaScript (or similar language)
  • Experience using automated testing tools, like Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe, Selenium, JUnit, Appium, XCTest

About the Role

Lume is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Research & Development team to lead the process of creating and delivering innovative and performance driven personal care products. As an R&D Project Coordinator you’ll lead cross-functional work streams and teams at all levels through thoughtful planning, execution, and support from concept through product launch.

R&D Project Coordinators are team players who are energized by working in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated ability to lead multiple work streams, often with competing priorities. R&D Project Coordinators should have a desire and aptitude to dive deep into the details of the development process and lead teams in bringing amazing products to life.

What you will do:

  • Map development path with input from cross-functional partners, track deliverables, manage development timelines and facilitate the day-to-day operational aspects of a program
  • Ensure contract manufacturers and cross-functional team members have the resources from the R&D team to successfully contribute to product launches, which may include product samples, dielines, ingredient lists, correctly formatted artwork files, etc.
  • Document decisions and identify gaps or sticking points that may be preventing the project from moving forward
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers throughout development
  • Communicate timelines, priorities, important project details, and updates to senior management and the broader Lume organization
  • Help develop scalable systems and processes to support new launches

This may describe you:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in an analytical, dynamic, or process driven role such as project coordination, product development, package development, consulting, or supply chain. CPG experience would be a plus.

The Digital Content Designer is responsible for the design and delivery of compelling and effective digital assets that help drive acquisition and engagement. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a great attitude who can conceptualize and create multi-channel campaigns across The Hartford’s websites and social platforms. This candidate should possess a strong understanding of responsive design and informational design, with the ability to work creatively within The Hartford’s visual brand guidelines. The Digital Content Designer will work across The Hartford’s Digital Content team and Social Media teams, a critical component is having the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Be seen as a source of guidance for team members on how to creatively showcase messaging and our brand, while remaining within the company’s brand guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop engaging and branded digital creative that helps to solve problems, deliver results, and is aligned with The Hartford’s business strategy
  • Design and execute various rich media assets including but not limited to infographics, embedded page imagery, static/animated SVGs and site modules
  • Develop static and animated social media creatives for both organic and paid campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years professional experience in digital graphic design at an ad agency, in-house agency, marketing department, or comparable organization

  • Familiarity with The Hartford’s visual brand, or experience working within corporate brand guidelines is a plus
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to work across digital channels and within design and platform best practices
