We are seeking a driven Sr Data Engineer to help us define and realize our vision for trustworthy data across the company. Responsibilities
- Leverage the full capabilities of GCP, DBT, Airflow, and the market of data pipeline products to transform varied and disparate data sources into performant, resilient, accurate, and understandable datasets, to provide them to Business Intelligence and onward data products.
- Design, develop, and own data pipelines and models that power internal analytics for product and business teams.
- Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources, and develop relationships with production engineering teams to manage our data structures as products evolve.
- Improve our data visualization tooling and platform to help the team create dynamic tools and reporting.
- Provide data and actionable insights around our B2C Peek.com user experience.
Skills you already have
- 2+ years of experience in a data engineering role, with a focus on building data pipelines and modeling.
- Experience with DBT and/or BigQuery.
- Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres) and SQL.
- Proficiency with data warehouses (BigQuery).
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with ETL tools and techniques (Airbyte, DBT, Airflow).
- Experience with reporting tools is nice to have (Looker)
- Experience with B2C analytic data is strongly desired but not required.
- English is our business language, and fluency is required.
- Comfortable working remotely. We are 100% remote and rely on Slack, email, Signal, and Zoom to stay connected.

You Will:
- Lead a team of developers in the ideation and technical development of enterprise solutions to automate and enhance business processes, providing functional and technical leadership
- Oversee the development of team’s day-to-day operational support, on-call rotation and SLA compliance, sprint and project planning and execution, and provide strategic recommendations
- Recruit, hire, onboard and train/mentor your team. Provide development goals, promotion guidance and motivation
- Build and maintain the integration platform connecting enterprise applications and data platforms. Lead integration solutions and design using SaaS, PaaS and cloud integration technologies
- Build technical development and modernization roadmaps across a 12 to 18 month period and drive execution against these
- Ensure that practices followed by the team focuses on quality, maintainability, operational excellence and scalability. Manage development team best practices such as technology standards, documentation, frameworks, CI/CD
- Work with other technical leaders, architects, QA, and product owners across the organization on technical specifications and solution designs
- Manage developer change management process, reviewing changes and signing off on any tests prior to management sign off and production release. Oversee and ensure compliance with internal audits and integrations that are in-scope for SOX compliance.
You Have:
- 6+ Years of professional full time experience as a software engineer
- 2+ Years of engineering management experience
- BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in building Enterprise Software & Integrations across multiple functional areas
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python
- Experience with Agile System Development Methodologies, SDLC, and Waterfall
- Experience with building solutions within AWS and/or Boomi
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, Coupa a plus
- Experience in middleware, data management
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best Agile practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, deployment, rollback, testing, operations, and monitoring

We are looking for an experienced, elite Brand Web Designer who is passionate about ideas, experiences, sophisticated design and is highly motivated. As part of the Axway brand team, the web designer will play a critical role in shaping the digital design and journey of key Axway content experiences and interactions. The right candidate will have both a conceptual mind and strong attention towards strategic, simple, and smart design systems. The candidate should have experience working across media—web, print, social, application, motion and video, as well as conceptual skills with identity design, iconography, and brand systems. They will be primarily responsible for working on the visual design system used across Axway. The candidate will design and implement much of Axway’s marketing website. They will also assist on asset production and communications designs, working closely with those teams, and producing content such as social media posts, internal programs, signature presentations, editorial content, posters and signage, and events and experiences. The work will also include providing photo, video, and illustration direction based on individual project needs. This individual will interact with other Axway business units and third-party agencies as they support the output of our team and the Axway vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop a captivating and cohesive design experience for our corporate global and localized websites, that delights and excites customers
- Conduct user research, and deliver best practices in User-Centered (UCD), information architecture, and interaction design, tailored to serve multiple segments
- Evolve a design system that elevates our brand and supports demand generation; provide design and UX input to our web CMS component library, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and reusability
- Develop wireframes, page designs, and prototypes to support web, landing pages, interactive components and owned properties
- Work with web developers and web content merchandising colleagues to design experiments targeted to collecting feedback on user behavior, and use that information to further improve the website design and user experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, and/or related experience preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital and website design, building and using industry best practices for b2b digital demand generation
- Minimum 5+ with wireframing software such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Adobe’s Experience Designer and Illustrator
- Demonstrated experience working with business goals/KPI’s improving (traffic growth, engagement, conversions)
- Demonstrated experience developing design guidelines and specifications, and in managing ongoing governance to ensure consistency

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver total compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock units (RSUs). RSUs are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for top performers which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.
