What you will do:
- Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to set the vision and direction of key product lines
- Understand end-to-end and holistic customer experience: web, e-commerce, social, advertising, digital experiences in crypto trading and research balancing a vision to bring consistency while understanding best-in-class for each channel as well

Senior UX/UI Designer
Location: V-Connected / Anywhere in the US
Position Summary:
As UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for evaluating existing Bentley iTwin UX/UI and working closely with product management and technical teams to design the next generation suite of features and products that meet the requirements of our end-users. Our products focus to provide visualization tools for IoT based sensor data in a digital twin. You will help create dashboards, graphs, alerting systems, reporting and 3D digital twin based visualization of this data.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing iTwin IoT UX (user experience) user flow, pain points, and user feedback.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and the technical team, during the UX/UI design cycle to incorporate new cutting edge designs into the application.
- Design and create Low and High-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Adobe XD/Figma/etc for the iTwin IoT SaaS Product
- Apply qualitative research methods to client projects and requirements to adjust the design of the product to their needs and goals.
- Responsible for the product design process, including the planning and management of design stages and the reporting of development progress to senior managers and business users.
- Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of the design with emphasis on virtual reality/digital twins, putting users at the center of the application design to make it simple, easy to use.
- Develop and maintain design prototypes and UI (user interface) specifications.
- Run user testing of the design prototypes and the application to validate their usability and value and to identify areas of improvement.
- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to the technical team to facilitate the development of the final product.
- Ensure that the application complies with equal opportunities policies for all the users.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- 2-4 Year’s experience as UX/UI designer

The Opportunity
- Responsible for oversight, coordination, and performance of payer contract modeling and reporting activities, including analysis of the financial impact of proposed payer contracts on revenue streams.
- Assess payer contract performance, considering numerous variables such as changes in Medicare/Medicaid allowable, acuity distributions, collections, changes in contract rates, and/or changes in line of business distribution.
- Represent Vituity in meetings with other organizations, associations, providers, and payors regarding all payer contract modeling and ad hoc reporting aspects.
- Establish benchmarks on market rates and quantifies reimbursement trends.
- Assist Contract Managers with the development and oversight of quality incentive payments tied to payer contracts.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and communicates the status of payer performance to appropriate stakeholders.
- Extract and integrate data from disparate sources to review the financial health of payer contracts.
- Identify reporting deficiencies and assists in the resolution of data issues.
- Apply knowledge of healthcare billing practices, contract operations, billing systems, data fields, and fee schedules to identify opportunities to increase revenue and collections.
- Proactively understand, monitor, and report critical revenue cycle operations metrics including market trends, KPIs, and benchmarks.
- Create interactive, dynamic models that can be used to measure financial impacts.
- Develop business intelligence solutions using Business Objects, and Tableau technologies .
- Assist in the development of an enterprise analytical and self-service/ ad-hoc reporting environment.
- Architect, design, develop, and test complex business intelligence solutions, infrastructure and tools, visualization, analytic and database dashboards.
- Lead and perform complex data mining and deep analysis of data sets to provide recommendations and solutions based on payer contract requirements.
- Serve as subject matter expert for business intelligence solutions, infrastructure and tools, best practices, and content delivery via business intelligence dashboards, visualizations, and reporting systems.
- Guide and make recommendations and propose solutions for improving processes in reporting systems.
Required Experience and Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment required.
- 3+ years of experience with BI solutions (Tableau preferred, Power BI) required.
- 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries, performance tuning of BI queries, and BI development working with Snowflake data warehouse required.
- Demonstrated financial analysis skills required.
- Experience with payer entities, other healthcare provider, or with a healthcare financial/management consulting firm is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math/Statistics or a related field of study is required.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math/Statistics or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex problems required.
