The UAT [User Acceptance Tester] Analyst will work within the Producer Administration team to ensure product readiness prior to usage by business through end-to-end user experience testing on multiple applications. The UAT Analyst will provide our customers with the confidence and assurance that the software is ready for use with major focus on business process, controls, and quality system performance.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am 5:00pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes, develop, and analyze business requirements and user stories in a collaborative environment
  • Identify areas of improvement associated with business processes
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios/scripts based on feature and user story documentation
  • Execute manual user acceptance testing within a test environment
  • Support regression testing to maintain system integrity
  • Identify defects in development and/or software changes and isolating expected results or fixes
  • Coordinating UAT reviews and presentations with end users and obtaining business signoffs/approvals
  • Function as a resource for end users on system enhancements and process changes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or higher) with 3+ years of experience in a comparable role
  • 3+ years of Business User Acceptance Testing experience
  • 1+ years of Broker Service and/or Commission/Credentialing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (creating and editing formulas, pivot tables, and spreadsheets), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating slides, adding text, presenting)
  • Ability to support multiple releases which includes evening and weekend deployments as needed
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday between 7:00am 5:00pm local time including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience managing high volumes of data including test data mining
  • Effective at prioritizing projects, tasks, and deadlines
  • Healthcare Insurance experience

IFAW is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help manage the setup and oversight of campaigns and projects within the Communications team. This is a fixed-term contract role, running through the end of December 2023. Reporting to the DVP of Content Marketing, the Project Manager will be a detail-oriented team player who thrives on multi-tasking. They are agile, simultaneously tracking many moving pieces, and able to seamlessly change directions when plans shift.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years project management experience but of equal importance, they will bring a proactive mindset and an enthusiastic problem-solving attitude. They are organized and process-oriented, but able to move quickly and adapt processes when needed. Role and Responsibilities

  • Master the Communications team’s new Asana setup.
  • Set up projects, content capture trips, and major campaigns in Asana according to our newly defined best practices.
  • Help establish timelines for assorted campaigns, scheduling kickoffs and other milestone meetings.
  • Manage select projects and campaigns daily, monitoring deadlines and ensuring that critical tasks are moving forward.
  • Follow up with key players when deadlines are missed, employing just the right balance of tact and firmness.
  • Proactively flag conflicts and other potential roadblocks.
  • Adapt project plans and schedules as required to respond to emerging requirements.
  • Contribute to building core Asana reports that help us begin to track the number of projects and tasks in flight, along with on-time completion rates and other core metrics.
  • Provide backup for the Project Manager, Design and Brand Campaigns role, covering the design task flow when needed.
  • Provide backup for Animal Action Awards planning, managing event logistics when core team players need reinforcement.
  • Take notes in Editorial Board and other key team meetings, translating action items into both Asana board tasks and a written summary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a project management role, preferably in a fast-paced Communications, Marketing, or Creative environment.
  • Exemplary communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid experience with Asana or at least one other project management platform.
