Calabrio is seeking a website/ SEO manager to own the company website including all lead-form development, creative oversight, content, testing and optimization. This is inclusive of maintaining the website architecture and site organization, supporting digital awareness campaigns, and ongoing testing, reporting and optimization of the website over time. This role requires the ability to manage important business insights through observation, discussions and interactions with internal and external partners to formulate and develop website content that aligns with the company’s brand and global growth strategies.


  • Website strategy, planning, development, and execution to maximize our digital brand presence, traffic, user engagement, and lead generation
  • Own content and creative to ensure website is aligned with brand, strategy, and standards
  • Collaborate closely with creative and social media teams to create a digital marketing ecosystem that works together for maximum reach, effectiveness, and conversion
  • Continuous measurement, testing and optimization
  • Manage incoming requests for website updates/refinements to ensure a high degree of collaborationand quality in execution
  • Project and budget management of web-related projects
  • Optimize website for SEO
  • Create and contribute ideas, identify, and implement new concepts to maximize web presence in all markets
  • Prioritize, organize, and perform multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously, making decisions independently and taking ownership for wide ranging responsibilities that also meet time constraints and tight deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Partner with in-house developer on back-end support of the website


  • 5+ years in website management and SEO, specifically with a SaaS-based or cloud-based technology company
  • Experience with website strategies, design, development, and content management and SEO
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Ability to keep up with current trends in communications, technologies and marketing strategies as well as competitive positioning and target mindset
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics to measure website performance and SEMRush to improve SEO
