Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Website Content Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our gym owner clients and their online presence, helping them optimize their websites to effectively represent their brand and services. Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach:
Engage with new and existing gym owner clients to gather insights about their business.
In-Depth Interviews:
Conduct interviews with gym owners to uncover detailed information about their offerings, services, and unique selling propositions. Use your probing skills to draw out valuable insights.
Content Creation:
Using AI tools, together with your own expertise, write and edit high-quality, original content that reflects the client’s brand identity and resonates with their target audience. Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.
Project Management:
Stay highly organized while managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our website and support teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies and client goals.

Tech-Savvy:
You have a professional video conferencing setup and are comfortable using various digital tools, such as ChatGPT, Basecamp and/or Notion to communicate and collaborate.
