Marketing – Remote – Full Time

We are looking for a Webmaster to help us develop and maintain our global company website. As our website is a core channel for business development, everything this successful candidate does must be in line with ensuring we have a user-friendly, sustainable, innovative, and lead-generating website.

This position will report to the Global Digital Website hub manager/owner on the Global Digital Marketing team.


  • You will support the development of our website, building new features and troubleshooting existing functions and bugs.
  • Maintenance of the CMS (we use WordPress today but will be headless in the future).
  • Maintenance of website pages – ensuring they are up to date, functioning correctly cross-browser and delivering a UX that complies with website brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external UX and Content teams to build, test and publish new pages with potential tight deadlines.
  • Address, respond and fix website bugs and functional problems. When appropriate, assess and make recommendations.
  • Compile statistics and prepare analytical reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
  • Keep current with best-practices and emerging tools in the rapidly changing fields of online marketing and web development.


  • Strong focus on end-to-end performance.
  • Strong skills in PHP (7+), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
  • Ability to write clean and reusable code.
  • Experience with WordPress (or similar coupled CMS).
  • Understanding of version control.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with several departments cross functionally.
  • Experience with streamlining and automating processes.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and meet assigned deadlines and targets alongside a fast-paced team.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience working with external vendors and freelance contributors.
  • Super energetic, happy, and not afraid of a challenge.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.

Ideally, you will also have these skills:

  • Strong front-end abilities (incl. any frameworks such as Nuxt, VueJS, Gatsby).
  • Experience in managing AWS infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of MarTech tool stack (i.e. Automation platforms, CMS platforms, APIs, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, etc).
  • Understanding of SEO and webmaster best-practices.
  • Ability to speak and write in a Chinese language.
