About the job Web Designer (B2B)

Blarney Ventures (BV) is an investment holding company with four tech-enabled professional service firms within the portfolio. We are seeking a Web Designer with B2B experience to help revamp our digital presence, including our five websites and corresponding digital assets. This position will contribute to a variety of digital and branding projects, including website design, landing page design, and digital collateral development. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial designer that wants to make an impact across an entire portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a productive design process from ideation through to publication, and must be able to effectively project manage web projects and ensure on time and on budget delivery.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the design component of five or more websites
  • Work with stakeholders to help achieve brand vision across the portfolio
  • Liaise with development resources to ensure proper development of websites on the HubSpot CMS
  • Develop and implement the process for planning, executing, and delivering our website projects


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B web design and user experience
  • Experience HubSpot CMS is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CSS, HTML, APIs, and other programming languages
  • Passion for user experience and digital layout
  • Strong understanding of responsive design systems
  • Effective problem solver
