Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join Aetna/CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company as the Voluntary Enrollment Communications & Marketing Senior Manager. Here, you will lead the work and deliverables of multiple enrollment communications campaigns for Aetna Voluntary plan sponsors.
You will support initial enrollment and ongoing communication needs, as well as work on special projects throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to works cross-functionally with sales, implementation and account management constituents, and externally with human resources and consultants.
To be successful, you will utilize your experience in marketing and project management, as well as your strong communication skills, including writing, presentation and negotiation. Your proven track record in meeting project milestones will also be critical to your success.
*This is a fully remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
– 7 years of work experience required (graduate level education may substitute)
– 4+ years of experience related to marketing and communications, enrollment technology, or customer service processes
Preferred Qualifications
– Project consultation experience preferred.
– Experience marketing voluntary and/or group insurance products.
– Life and health insurance license.
– Graphic design
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
