Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Visual Designer to create engaging static image and motion graphics. Using their skillsets to propel our brands reach through various social media platforms. The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for producing resonating visual concepts that correspond intuitively with creative campaigns across platform-specific audiences on Instagram, LinkedIn, and partnership spheres.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Own the visual design and creative executions with high fidelity, branded content for stories, paid and organic posts and display ads.
- Collaborate with Creative Leaders to identify, clarify and visualize asset requirements in social and partnership campaigns.
- Partner with Creative Leads, Video and Design teams as well as Content and Social teams in creating consumer-facing content that engages.
- Lead the effort in improving our brands recognition and reach across social platforms and partnerships.
- Stay knowledgeable with best creative practices and brand standards, steering clear of trends that would tarnish our brand’s credibility and trust.
- Partner with our Analytics Researcher and Social teams to strategize for best performing creatives under brand guidelines and company core values.
- As needed, assist graphic design and/or video team members.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with portfolio showcasing examples demonstrating experience in motion graphics and graphic design.
- Broad experience with application of design concepts in both static images and video.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop Premiere, and After Effects. Adobe Animate is a plus).
- High attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
