About the Role:
Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way consumers want to be treated today. As Vice President of Product Management on the Platform team, you will collaborate with leadership and functional partners to build innovative experiences and products for Hims & Hers customers. These platforms will power a seamless experience for our customers, clinicians and operations. Were looking for platform innovators who can help transform the way wellness and healthcare are delivered.
You Will:
- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and products and platforms. Youll build and manage multiple product lines focused on our Electronic Medical Records, Fulfillment, and backend solutions
- Impact focused. You and your team will develop innovative scalable platform experiences for our customers, clinicians, and fulfillment teams to build the next generation of telemedicine that touches every part of the company across digital and physical products
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, including leaders/managers
- Consolidate feedback from marketing, analytics, business operations, medical teams, fulfillment, and technical stakeholders to develop products and engagement channels with millions of consumers. Youll use that feedback to build scalable platforms and product solutions that can drive long-term sustainable growth for the business and our customers
- Manage long-term product development lifecycles, including customer insights & market analysis, roadmaps and prioritization frameworks, KPIs, and product delivery
- Drive product development with a team of engineers, designers, analysts, clinicians, CX, and fulfillment teams
- Establish data-backed shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into product strategy, and collaborate with your team to deliver product lines and user experiences based on that strategy. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product lines.
- Maximize efficiency in a fast growing company with a constantly evolving environment
You Have:
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams
- 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders / managers
- You have a track record of building scaled platform solutions that touch millions of customers a year
- Comfortable leading work and strategy on complex technical products across digital and physical product domains from our data platform, to how we fulfill orders in our warehouses with our pharmacy solutions
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences and executing against feedback. Youve successfully used data to drive decisions and change viewpoints with those executive stakeholders
