- Solid Experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer
- Portfolio in English is a must with a good showcase of your work
- Design thinking: understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to reach innovative solutions.
- Wireframing and UI design: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Prototyping and testing
- Developer handoff: Information must be communicated to the developers clearly and effectively for a smooth handoff
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Client Facing Experience
- Problem-solving skills / Proactiveness / Ownership
