Description
TechFlow, Inc. is seeking a talentedUX designerto join our team and assist our customer in enhancing the publics experience with their products and services. In this role, you will work closely with other CX/UX experts, including researchers, designers, and content writers, to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with UX best practices. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about user-centered design and are eager to contribute to a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Applies the User Experience methodology to process and software design to eliminate drag.
- Analyzes the information present, understands the rationale behind the requirements and proposes interface designs based on user needs.
- Research, conceptualize, design and make applications more usable and user friendly.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process.
- Implement usability best practices and ensure accessibility compliance in all design deliverables.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a related field + 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of usability best practices and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
