We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Researcher with Product Design skills to join our product development team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cybersecurity products by providing deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to inform product design decisions.
  • Product Design: Apply your product design skills to create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that align with user research insights and business goals. Ensure that the user interface is intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of current and proposed features. Analyze results and collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvements based on findings.
  • Persona Development: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine user personas that accurately represent the diverse user base of the offensive security platform.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to integrate user feedback and research findings into the design and development process.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Advocacy: Serve as a strong advocate for the user within the organization, ensuring that user-centered design principles are integrated into the development process.
  • Measure and quantify ROI and performance of specific programs utilize data to improve performance and adapt programs

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in UX research, specifically in technology or cybersecurity environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma. and Sketch.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design and research projects.
