Theyare in search of an experienced, motivated, and creative UX Researcher to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to define and deliver next-generation experiences for our flagship team collaboration and communication application. Employing a broad spectrum of research methodologies, the successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding the products development from concept to release, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct a diverse range of research methodologies, including field research, usability tests, prototype testing, surveys, and telemetry.
- Develop and execute research strategies across all software development phases to inform and solve design challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, Program Managers, and fellow Researchers to support research plans and action results.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and development team.
- Manage UX research knowledge and ensure its effective use across teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS (MS preferred) in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, OR significant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in user research, demonstrating tangible impacts on product teams.
- Proficiency in formative and iterative research methods, from conception to product release.
- Experience with enterprise-level products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate and translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and work effectively in both independent and team settings.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.
