Job Description:

Primary Focus: Transition existing chatbot designs into voice channels, working with IVR technologies, and improving user experience for both chat and voice-based customer support systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with design, business analysis, and engineering teams to align the product with business needs and customer support objectives.

Technologies: Focus on integrating conversational AI into human interfaces, especially for automated services.

Must-Have Skills:

  • IVR Systems: Strong understanding and experience with Interactive Voice Response technologies.
  • Conversational Design: Experience designing conversational interfaces (voice and chat).
  • Human Interface: Ability to design intuitive and human-friendly interfaces for automation and AI interactions.
  • Chatbots: Practical knowledge and experience with chatbot design and implementation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Generative AI: Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly generative models, could be a plus.
  • Portfolio/PDF: Showing design, Document, Hard problems they solve- IVR/Chatbot.
