  • 9 AM ET – 6 PM ET
  • Monday – Friday
  • No weekend or night shifts are available

Position Overview

As a Technical Support Agent at Greenshades Software, you will be a key player in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer support via email, phone, and live chat. You will work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, answer questions, and offer guidance on using our software and website resources effectively. Responsibilities

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Multichannel Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients through email, phone, and live chat channels.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions as requested to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources.
  • Techn ical Issue Resolution:Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues, documenting solutions and insights for future reference.
  • Continuous Learning: Quickly learn and stay up-to-date with a variety of websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails.
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate various websites and software programs.
  • Previous experience in providing software and website support is desired.
