What we’re looking for:

In our next phase of growth we are looking for a Tech Sourcer to join our Team. This will primarily support our tech recruiting efforts, including engineering and product. This is a highly critical and impactful role that will help shape the future of Wonders by securing the best talent while spreading awareness of our amazing mission and the complex problems we are solving all in the effort in continuing to help small restaurants thrive.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • You will be an external representative of wonders sourcing and screening both passive and active candidates via social media, conferences, professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Github), niche job boards, leveraging our current employee networks, and championing our referral program.
  • You will often pivot searches from Engineering to Product roles vice versa.
  • You will keep up to date with the latest sourcing technologies, along with boolean search logic and X-ray and share with others.
  • You will employ creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • You will work on searches with high complexity and often pivot to other searches outside of your comfort zone when needed.
  • You will hold yourself accountable by maintaining data integrity in our ATS and CRM.
  • You will interact with stakeholders at all levels along with working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, etc.
  • You will provide weekly updates on sourcing metrics.

About you:

  • You have prior experience sourcing top Engineering & Tech talent for a yet to be well-known brand.
  • You have experience working in a fast paced tech driven environment with a high bar.
  • You have the demonstrated ability to quickly calibrate on the right profile and identify what great looks like.
  • You have experience developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs and understand the value of quality over quantity for certain searches.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently and have a high degree of adaptability.
  • You have strong communication skills both verbal and written, and able to tactfully push back when you disagree, but also can disagree and commit.
  • You have an understanding of the importance of data integrity and possess a high degree of accountability.

Bonus points:

  • You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
  • You have experience with Greenhouse and Gem.
  • You have a low ego and ask for help when you have exhausted the resources at your disposal.
  • You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current and/or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
