We aim to become the standard for modern teams bringing video experiences into their products and services. Just like Stripe for payments, Twilio for text/VOIP, and Sendgrid for email; we’re making video accessible to every client and developer via our API, over the world.

We seek an experienced data-driven Technical SEO Manager to build and develop a solid SEO strategy to accelerate company growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Technical SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search engine rankings. You will work closely with data analysts, web developers, and content creators.

What will you be doing?

  • Create and maintain a strong SEO strategy (keyword research, link building, SERP, Sitemap, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all projects.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis on a regular basis to generate topic ideas
  • Read and interpret site code to discover technical SEO issues like page speed improvements, site architecture changes, and crawling/indexing issues.
  • Create weekly analysis with Google Search Console and other tools to track and monitor changes.
  • Test ideas and experiments to improve overall search presence, content, and user experience.
  • Stay up to date on SEO industry changes and communicate technical improvements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with the content manager to craft compelling marketing copy for acquisition, paid ads, YouTube scripts, landing pages, lifecycle emails and newsletters, blog content, and more that drive people to convert.
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads and test new approaches to capture existing demand.
  • Create and optimize existing and new content for SEO.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years experience in developing and executing SEO strategies
  • Expert in using SEO tools such as Similarweb, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GTM, etc
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS (ability to understand and edit the code)
  • Knowledge of using headless CMS platforms
  • Experience with conducting a full SEO site audit, pulling impactful recommendations and implementing changes to portals
  • Solid understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites
  • Ability to analyze data to provide impactful recommendations and decisions related to on-page, off-page, and technical SEO factors
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication/writing skills
