As a Technical Project manager, you will be part of the center of excellence for project management practices and be the sought-after partner for project and solutioning initiatives. The PMO team provides standards, knowledge and consulting as required in order to provide guidance on project management practices and project delivery. You will be working with several teams in the organization, ensuring optimized solution is delivered to meet the project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate estimation and solutioning of new project requests
- Manage small to medium sized projects
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
- Keep project execution statuses up to date in standard work tracking tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and processes, including everything from information about timelines to milestones of specifically defined deliverable.
- Support PMO process improvement initiatives and document process workflows
- Facilitate daily technology standups, retrospectives, and regular demo sessions.
Track project workstreams and the flow of information, not only inside the technology department, but throughout the whole organization
Understand the workflows and technology department processes to support on boarding for new hires

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technology project management
- Undergraduate degree (ideally a BS degree in Business, Operations Management or a technical field such as Engineering) OR 4+ additional years of equivalent technology project management experience
- 3+ years in leading IT infrastructure (LAN, Network, Telecom) projects
- 3+ years of experience facilitating working sessions with large, cross-functional teams (business, technical)
- 3+ years of experience presenting to and managing communication with business/IT executive leadership
- 2+ years of consistent utilizing of a project management tool such as Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
- 3+ years of consistent utilization of system development lifecycles such as waterfall and agile
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques: business (Six Sigma, total quality management) and/or IT processes (i.e. SDLC, technical change management, agile management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- 2+ years of experience with system integrations
- Technical project management within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with MS Visio, MS Projects, ServiceNow
