Overview
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will be the conduit between Business and Technology at CareCentrix, and responsible for leading new go-to-market products, core system enhancements, client implementations, and strategic product development. You will partner with other product managers/owners, vendors, business subject-matter experts, and leadership to execute a strategic vision for your product. You will define and monitor Product Health to ensure your product exceeds the expectations of our customers and users, delivering value continuously. You will help drive the team to success by understanding your product E2E, calling out dependencies, and working cross-functionality with other product teams to build an effective release schedule. You will use data to drive innovation and ideation within your team, utilizing new technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with your product’s key stakeholders and setting expectations that promote collaboration and transparency.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Own the product vision, mission and purpose by understanding how users interact with the product and anticipate their needs based on behavior, data and trends.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to establish a value-based roadmap for long-term competitive positioning
- Partner with key stakeholders to manage product deliverables and serve as the liaison between those stakeholders and the development team; ensuring that the team has all the necessary information to deliver high-quality products while creating scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions
- Act as a SME on business processes and requirements
- Translate product strategy and business requirements into features to support development efforts
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Own user story and acceptance criteria creation which communicates clear product objectives [what and why] and requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to mitigate escalations and risks
- Drive requirements gathering, backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demos, and sprint retrospectives
- Champion the product by leading product demos and forums to support long-term strategic development
Qualifications
You should apply to this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; and/or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development
- SAFe/Scrum certification preferred and at least 1 year of experience working in an Agile development team
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with front and back-end engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented work ethic
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Technical development competencies and understanding; must know and understand SDLC
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
