Responsibilities

Work with assigned customers/areas to translate business requirements into application/system solutions.

  • Define business process solutions for translation into technical solutions; participates in the design of technical requirements for the application.
  • Support the design, build and test stages of the project relating to the OneTrust Consent to Communicate Electronically platform.
  • Serve customers as a key point of contact.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
  • Form productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendor community.
  • Customize presentations to the interests of the audience.
  • Conduct diagnosis of most business problems.
  • Design, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.
  • Design projects with broad implications requiring systems integration of one or more technical platforms.
  • Lead design sessions by presenting logical statements of business problems and designs.
  • Participate in the design of technical requirements for the application/solution.
  • Serve as a staff resource and mentor regarding understanding of architectural systems.
  • Serve customers as a key point of contact; manage customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service; form productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendorcommunity; produce project plans, RFP’s, and RFI’s; customize presentations to the interests of the audience.
  • Conduct diagnosis of most business problems; design, direct, and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions; design projects with broad implications requiring systems integration of one or more technical platforms; lead design sessions by presenting logical statements of business problems and designs.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define processes and translates same into automated solutions in the OneTrust platform, using existing functionality where possible.
  • Troubleshoot business problems and high level issues on a daily basis working with functional and technical resources; provide input and makes recommendations to improve the quality and assurance of the solution being developed.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience managing campaign management and/or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance around digital consent
  • OneTrust experience
  • Digital preference management
