About this role
- The Remind Revenue Operations team is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to own the upkeep of our current tech stack.
- In this role, you will work hands-on in designing, managing, and implementing business system tools across multiple platforms.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Revenue Operations, you will have the opportunity to drive impact for students and teachers in this role by directly improving the Go-To-Market processes at Remind.
About you:
- You are passionate about maintaining and constantly improving business systems processes
- You have experience implementing and maintaining core business systems similar to Salesforce, FiveTran, Marketo, Netsuite, Outreach, (Ipass) mulesoft, mercato
- You have experience with project management and support help desk systems similar to Zendesk and Asana
- You have strong organizational and communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles
- You are a self-starter able to define and execute a plan with minimal guidance
- You are flexible and embrace the opportunity to work on new challenge
- Bonus points if: You’re comfortable in advanced excel, python or data scripting in general
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute integration and enhancement schedules for each core business systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and troubleshooting, as well as technology stacks questions as it relates to our core internal systems
- Work directly with cross-functional teams to assess new software requests from internal stakeholders, to ensure business fit and identify any potential redundancies
- Conduct ongoing assessments of organization-wide and departmental technology stacks in order to make recommendations on system usage, consolidation and integration opportunities
- Develop proofs of concepts to validate new architecture and solutions
- Partner with business owners to develop training and deployment plans focused on user adoption and realization of business benefits
- Manage vendor relationships
