The Role:

The Supply Chain Operational Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing ERP transaction and master data to identify and assist in correcting issues that are causing inventory discrepancies within the ERP as well as ensuring that all supply chain transactions are compliant with our SOPs. This role will report into the Manager of SC Operational Excellence Transaction Compliance and will work with internal Thrasio partners as well as the rest of the transaction compliance team to achieve the goals noted above. Your role will play a pivotal role in Thrasio’s continued quest for better automation and visibility within Thrasio’s supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and ensure SC data compliance by identifying issues and discrepancies with the inventory position and transactions within the ERP, driving resolution of these issues, and improving automation scenarios.
  • Ensure accurate and on time transactions and inventory position across sales, inventory, and purchases by working with the supply chain operations team (Sourcing, Purchasing, Transportation, Warehousing) to correct transactions and ensure they are in compliance with company standard operating procedure.
  • Ensure that the SC ERP data are sufficient to enable automation and on time financial closing.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • 1-5 years direct experience working with master data, transaction or data used in / to support an ERP System (such as NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and integrated third party applications
  • Experience working with data surrounding e-commerce platforms (specifically Amazon), retail and subcontracting.
  • Working knowledge of the end to end supply chain process and its key stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of the financial impacts of inventory transactions within an ERP
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills required; with extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Addresses challenging problems with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and amazon specific data concepts / terminology (ASIN, FNSKU).
  • Experience working with NetSuite or other ERPs
