Job Description:
This position primarily contributes to the company’s success by supporting the regional store design process to create outstanding new studio solutions and design standards to help propel our work with consistency in support of disciplined growth and portfolio transformation that uphold the Partner and Customer Experience. This role supports or leads and produces accurate design documents, including architectural drawings and material specifications while upholding schedule and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Executes Design strategy in design of studio solutions, innovations, and stores.
- Identifies exceptions, proposes and implements design solutions.
- Contributes to studio team goals by achieving target deliverables on number of design solutions and standards and meeting all established deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate to gain alignment from cross-functional teams
- Develops design documentation to support design intent per regional guidelines including schematic drawings and finish palettes.
- Produces design documents in collaboration with designers and consultants.
- Responsible for the integrity and quality of the design documents inclusive of design intent, detailing, code requirements, scheduling and MEPs.
- Participates in the architectural design process by reviewing and analyzing project documentation.
- Sets schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams.
- Communicates dates to project team and meets all established deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Supporting the design team in generation of unique design and promotional concepts that promote brand identity and enhance the experience for the consumer.
- Supports the development execution and evolution of the Brand Expression.
- Professional experience with a design firm advertising agency or marketing department, 2 years
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $27.53 to $30.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
