Staff UI/UX Designer (Remote)
We are seeking a Staff UI/UX Designerfor a global B2B high-tech company. As a part of this team, you will work with other talented designers who have diverse skills and backgrounds, such as Design Systems, UX Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Content Design, Interaction Design, and more.
This is a 6-month project, (Extension possible) 40 hours per role. Remote in the US. PST time zone candidates preferred
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, with health benefits, and 401K offered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work around the world.
- Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles.
- Champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from various stakeholders, and provide input to others in a collaborative, supportive, working environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant design experience.
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
- Strong experience working with design tools to create comprehensive low-fidelity and high-fidelity solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as a part of a larger system of products.
- A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience.
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and proper communication.
- Continually envisions how processes and products could be better, drawing on experience and available metrics, data, and research.
- Frequently and actively solicits feedback and respectfully and constructively challenges peers and stakeholders to refine ideas, strategies, and approaches.
- Independently and appropriately adjusts own work as priorities and approaches change.
- Actively participates in cross-functional teams, voicing ideas and using unique talents to co-create innovative solutions.

- Delivers innovative and compelling end-to-end product designs for complex user journeys and product features.
- Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position.
